Orientation for new readers: This newsletter is published by Dmitry Gorodnichy, a candidate for the PIPSC Vice President (part-time). It does not represent an official position of The Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC). For additional details, please go to en.gorodnichy.ca
Following the inaugural issue of this newsletter, I’ve received new comments from union members about their primary concerns and what they would like the union to prioritize. Some of these comments expand on issues already shared by other members, which I have published on my “I Hear You! Your Comments and Concerns” page.
However, instead of adding these new comments to the portal, I’ve decided to share them here in the newsletter for two reasons. First, I want to avoid overloading the portal, which already contains a wealth of information, as you’ll see. Second, I realize these comments may seem too emotional and touch on topics that have already polarized our membership. I don’t want to deepen those divisions, especially considering that some members may have never come to question government-funded mainstream news.
Below are two such comments, which include additional references for those interested in learning more. I’m posting them verbatim, with the disclaimer that I have no personal connection to the members who submitted them and neither endorse nor oppose their views. I am sharing them anonymously, with their permission, to protect them from potential retaliation by their employer.
Comment from C.
"As a professional with the legislated mandate to serve the health of Canadians, in 2021 I internally started raising my concerns that violations to the Nuremberg Code, Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act, etc. were injuring and killing Canadians, including public service employees. My concerns were deemed out of scope, not mis-, mal- or dis- information.
The packet inserts, required for informed consent, said, "Intentionally blank," hiding the toxicity of injections that were not safe, not effective in a beneficial sense, not truly vaccines and not ethically approved.
The ethics and fraud lessons that I took when onboarding did not demand discernment and ethical conduct as Canadians would. They were and likely still are a gag order demanding compliance with any politician or criminality in power, which currently may include influences like those noted by [click on the links to learn more] National Citizens Inquiry, Dr. Makis (Episode 028: Health Canada orders all COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine vials DESTROYED!) and others.Unable to individually withstand the coercion, we collectively became instrumental in indictable offenses. The fraud, contemptuous gaslighting and denial of informed consent also extended to masking, distancing and isolation so inhumane that it drove children to suicide. When I meet one of the many bereaved or otherwise devastated families, I mourn with them.” -

Comment from L.
“The comment that is already there is the comment that I would add: "Dmitry, I am really afraid of another mandate. Union did not help us at all with the first one. I doubt they will with the next one, which is likely coming this winter”. I would only add a few references for unaware union members and officials on where the fear of another mandate is coming from:
Pandemic Prevention & Preparedness Bill (C-293). -
In summary, there is NOTHING in the Bill to fight off disease without the use of pharmaceutical products / to deal with potential conflicts of interest when it comes to vaccine approvals / to ensure mistakes made during COVID-19 are not repeated and current evidence is used, and yet it is still pushed for adoption by the present government - listen MP Ted Falk calls talking about it (YouTube).
The article entitled ‘Pandemic preparedness and the road to international fascism’ by former World Health Organization medical officer DAVID BELL was published in The American Journal of Economics and Sociology on 30 July 2023. It provides much needed context to the gradual evolution from the original focus of the WHO to the current focus on medical fascism: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/ajes.12531
A new pandemic preparedness agency has been just created—Health Emergency Readiness Canada (HERC): https://www.canada.ca/en/innovation-science-economic-development/news/2024/09/federal-government-launches-health-emergency-readiness-canada-to-strengthen-preparedness-for-future-health-emergencies.html
Also [I] would like to see work planning reports how much money the union is proposing to spend on what activities and would like for the union members an opportunity to comment and have a say on the expenditures proposed. Also, would like to see reports on where the money was actually spent and what was accomplished. Are these issues something that the union can engage on?” -

Based on these and other similar concerns expressed by PIPSC members, I decided to add the following item to the list of issues I want to address if elected:
12. No more mandates: Proactively engage with members to prevent the imposition of politically motivated mandates, ensuring decisions are grounded in scientific evidence and professional integrity rather than political agendas.
For entire list of issues I want to address, please go to my Electoral Platform page: https://en.gorodnichy.ca/electoral-platform
If you support my efforts to address the expressed concerns and are a PIPSC member, please vote for me (voting starts on 18 October and ends on 8 November).
If you are not a PIPSC member, you can still support my efforts by sharing this newsletter with your friends and colleagues.
And if you have other concerns or comments, please post them below or email them directly to me.
This is very important work you’re doing Dmitry. Thank you for doing it.
